Enervite Prenatal (Stage 0)
When you are trying to conceive, your nutrition should be as complete as possible, and this can be difficult to achieve through food alone. The 6-8 weeks of pregnancy are critical for baby's development and nutritional needs are higher, but many women do not realise that they are pregnant until later. Since it can take some time to to build up nutritional reserves, it is recommended that you begin taking Enervite's Prenatal Multivitamin several weeks before trying to get pregnant.
